We call this our CARE principles and they are as follows:
C is for Clients who are the lifeblood of any service organisation. Effective service delivery and consideration of the client’s needs are very important
A is for Attitude; a good attitude at both staff and company level can be the oil that makes a process go more smoothly with less issues
R is for Reputation. The reputation of our staff and are business are extremely important and we will do everything to maintain it
E is for Enterprise this goes hand in hand with attitude, finding new or better ways of undertaking tasks results in happier clients and better workflow
