FOOTING IN ROCK – NO PROBLEMS
Sometimes when we arrive on a site to check out the bearing capacity of the material at the base of footings, there is usually still a fair bit of cleaning to be done to allow us to confirm the required bearing capacity. However, on other occasions we are presented with this, a clean footing excavation and our job is made so much easier. This one was a near city project being done by one of Queensland’s larger building companies.
